Heatless Hair™ was designed with the thought of applying zero heat in your hair, but to get the same results you would if you were to put heat in your hair. It was made to keep your hair healthy and to give you beautiful waves in your hair.

How does the Curling Ribbon™ work?

The Curling Ribbon™ works best on damp hair.  The Curling Ribbon™ Kit includes the curling ribbon, a hair clip, and scrunchies. 

The hair clip is used to clip the curling ribbon to the top of your hair. Divide your hair into two sections, start on one side and wrap individual strands of hair around the ribbon as if you were curling your hair on the curling iron. You should be able to wrap all your hair on one side on the ribbon after you finish one side, do the same on the other side. Then remove the clip from the top of your head. This should take about 6 minutes in total. Leave the Curling Ribbon in your hair for 3-6 hours or until your hair is dry. You can also sleep with it overnight and remove the Curling Ribbon in the morning when you wake up.

I slept with the Curling Ribbon™ in my hair but did not get the results I was looking for. What do I do?

If you slept with the Curling Ribbon™ in and didn't get the results you were looking for thats okay. Put the Curling Ribbon™ back in your hair for 10 minutes to an hour and your results will show up. The Curling Ribbon™ has no heat so your hair is learning how to form a new way with it wrapped around the Curling Ribbon™. Due to the Curling Ribbon™ not having heat in it, you can put it in your hair whenever you want. Just keep playing around with it and your hair will figure it out and thank you.

How do I get looser curls from the Curling Ribbon™?

You have the power and control to create the curls you want with the amount of strength you put into warping your hair around the Curling Ribbon™. If you want tight curls, wrap your hair around the Curling Ribbon™ tightly. If you want loose curlers, still wrap your hair tight, but put a little slack.We highly suggest sleeping with the Curling Ribbon™ in on wet hair, and removing it in the morning, and if the curls are too tight to your liking, brush the curls out, and the lightly wrap your hair around the Curling Ribbon™ again. There are endless results from this! 

How do I maintain the curls from the Curling Ribbon™?

To maintain the curls from the Curling Ribbon™, we suggest sleeping in it again or putting it in your hair again, but this time it doesn't have to be for so long; it could be for 10 minutes to an hour or even a full night of sleep again. Due to the Curling Ribbon™ not having heat in it, you can put it in your hair whenever you want. 

Is the Curling Ribbon™ better than a curling iron?

The Curling Ribbon™ is different from a curling iron. The Curling Ribbon™ applies no heat, and it is used on wet hair. A curling iron is used with heat and on dry hair. They are two different products but give you similar results.

If I sleep with the Curling Ribbon™ overnight is it comfortable?

Yes, the Curling Ribbon™ is comfortable to sleep with. Your hair will stay wrapped in the ribbon because it will be tied down with the scrunchies. The Curling Ribbon™ has a silky texture and soft cushion, making it comfortable to sleep on. 

What happens if the Curling Ribbon™ gets wet?

The silk on the Curling Ribbon™ is pre-washed silk and will be able to handle some water and hairspray.

Why is heat bad for your hair?

Putting a curling iron to your hair every day is not the best for your hair’s health. The curling iron damages your hair, which can cause breakage, drying, and split ends to your hair.

 Will the Curling Ribbon™ damage my hair?

The Curling Ribbon™ will not damage your hair. It is made out of silk which is gentle on your hair, and will help reduce frizziness. 

How long will the Curling Ribbon™ last before needing to replace?

The Curling Ribbon™ should last a while, depending on how often it is used. When the Curling Ribbon starts to look overused, it will be time for a new one!

How do you wash the Satin Set? 

The Satin Set can be dry cleaned or hand washed. Do not put the Satin Set in the washing machine or dryer. We are not responsible for any damages to the Satin Set that occur while washing.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer international shipping! Please note that items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). We have integrated our website with Global-e  which is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border ecommerce. At checkout, these import fees, and well as shipping rates are automatically calculated. International consumer can now shop with NO hidden fees upon receiving your package!

The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Heatless Hair, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Heatless Hair. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.​

Are there custom and duty fees?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of purchase. All import fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Depending on the country that you are purchasing from, duty fees may be implemented on out of the country orders. These fees are expected by the country the order arrives in.

Please be aware that Heatless Hair does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  

 

How long will it be until my order is ready for shipment?

Orders will be processed within 4-6 business days and shipped by your choice of shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your email inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mailbox as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@heatlesshair.com.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order after it has been confirmed through our system, and payment has been received. 

What is your return Policy?

We do not accept any returns due to Covid-19, hygienic requirements, and safety standards on all hair products.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at info@heatlesshair.com. All damaged orders must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If we are notified within the 5 day time frame, we will replace the product. Damaged items MUST be returned using the return label provided in the new package to ensure a full refund. If damaged item is not returned within 3 days of delivery of new item, customer will face a $10.00 replacement fee for the item.

 

What should I do if my product is in transit and has not moved?

If your product has been at one location during transit for a worrisome amount of time, or has been incorrectly delivered, we suggest calling the shipping carrier to find out more information regarding the whereabouts of the product. Once packages are picked up by the postal service, Heatless Hair™ is no longer responsible for the packages' delivery, and postal services bear fully responsible for locating and delivering the package. Customer are more than welcome to contact us for information about the package, prior to it being sent out, but customers must understand that once the package has been picked up, we are no longer in control of it’s status of shipment.
