Where are your Satin Sets made?
All of our sets are sourced and locally made in Los Angeles, Ca.
What are the satin sets made of?
The sets are made of the softest poly charmeuse for a silky and breathable feel. The sets also have a marabou feather trim on both the pants and top.
What size am I?
Please refer to the size guide to find your perfect fit. Our satin sets have a relaxed fit that flows loosely on the body. If you are between sizes or desire a more fitted style we recommend sizing down.
How do I wash my satin sets?
Remove feathers before washing! You may wash your satin sets by hand separately on cold or you can get it professionally cleaned. We also recommend you steam items after washing.
How do I care for the feathers?
We recommend steaming the feathers to get them to their maximum fluffiness.
How do I remove the feathers?
The feathers are easily removable and attachable with buttons.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping!
What is your return policy?
We are only accepting exchanges at the moment.
If you change your mind about your Satin Set purchase, you may exchange your item(s) back to us within 3 days of receiving your item. All items MUST be unworn and show no sign of wear, as well has having have all tags attached.
- Please note the satin sets can only be exchanged for another size or color. Not for another item.
Unfortunately, our exchanges are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by you. Once we have received your item(s), we’ll send you an email confirmation with steps on how to move forward with your exchange.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we offer international shipping! Please note that items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). We have integrated our website with Global-e which is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border ecommerce. At checkout, these import fees, and well as shipping rates are automatically calculated. International consumer can now shop with NO hidden fees upon receiving your package!
The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Heatless Hair, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Heatless Hair. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Are there custom and duty fees?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of purchase. All import fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Depending on the country that you are purchasing from, duty fees may be implemented on out of the country orders. These fees are expected by the country the order arrives in.
Please be aware that Heatless Hair does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.
How long will it be until my order is ready for shipment?
Orders will be processed within 4-6 business days and shipped by your choice of shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?
Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your email inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mailbox as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my order without being charged?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order after it has been confirmed through our system, and payment has been received.
